Product Information: CA-BZ is used in used in the food industry as a preservative due to its better solubility and safety to humans. CA-BZ is used in soft drinks, fruit juice, concentrates, soy milk, soy sauce and vinegar. CA-BZ most widely used preservative in making bread and other bakery products. CA-BZ classified under E213 and is approved for use as a food additive in the EU,USA Australia and New Zealand. CA-BZ is used as preservative for mouth wash compositions.
